Jory Des Jardins is the co-founder of Optionality and was co-founder and President of BlogHer Inc. She is a fractional executive, board member, and angel investor who has advised dozens of startups in go-to-market, scale, and exit stages and on emerging marketplaces such as VR/AR/MR, privacy tech, AI and Web 3.

Julie Crabill has evolved from founder and CEO of her own marketing agency to an in-house CMO and now a fractional CMO and board member. These intentional steps in her career journey were accompanied by life changes, and despite being intentional steps, that doesn’t mean there were no unintended consequences. Based on her experience, Julie is helping people better prepare for the fractional lifestyle.

Sheila Dowd is Director of Content Marketing for ServiceNow, and a longtime expert in content, social media, and thought leadership on behalf of large-scale brands. Sheila is thinking about fractional work from the hiring manager’s point of view. 

Moderator Elisa Camahort Page is the co-founder of Optionality and a fractional executive and strategic consultant who launches and scales businesses, products, and authentic user communities.
