Thanks for jumping into this topic. Like Jory, I've been (and am currently) on both sides of this issue. I also appreciate you referencing the article by Morra as she interviewed my friend Kristin on this same topic. All of us are circling on this topic, because we are at a confluence of the science indicating real facts on the concern coupled with our socio-economic requirements to gain control and our rights. Keep up the good convos... this we all own the solution here. MG

Exactly…there is a solution, and it requires more support for both managers and their teams. The old command and control approach will leave companies without the best people and most wisdom they could have IMO.
