Remember when I said I was indecisive? At various times in my early career, before finding my True North, I was prone to applying to grad school programs, just to give me options. My rationale was maybe having another degree would open up new pathways. But each time after being accepted into a program I found myself wanting to defer or not go at all, indicating I hadn’t really defined my values and priorities. I was getting closer to my truth by establishing what I didn’t want.
I insist there is an easier way of establishing your True North. But it still takes work.
