In our April monthly webinar we discussed integrating AI into our work effectively and ethically. Panelist and upskilling expert (and Optionality member) Gina Jeneroux shared a resource I have had the privilege to work on with her, a virtual bootcamp designed to quickly upskill experienced professionals on the fundamentals of generative AI tools and best practices: ORG AI.

ORG AI was initially built for corporate HR executives to quickly uplevel themselves and their teams in these fundamentals. To date, nearly 450 executives participated in our pilot cohort, with very positive feedback from global senior HR leaders:

As we rolled this out to executives, we saw requests for their colleagues in other parts of the organization and we realized: Really, anyone who is grappling with AI can benefit from the bootcamp.

So we’ve rolled out ORG AI bootcamp to the public and are offering an initial public rate for all Optionality members of $895 (corporate rate is $1,495). And Optionality Premium members can access an additional discount in our slack channel of $595.
