Our inaugural Optionality IRL event: 10/02/24, 3-5 PM in San Jose, CA
Join us Wednesday, October 2nd, from 3-5 PM for our kick-off Optionality IRL event. We’re grateful to Extreme Networks and its WIN Alliance (their women and allies ERG) for hosting us at their San Jose headquarters. Join us for networking, light snacks and beverages, a talk with The Empathy Dilemma author (and Optionality member) Maria Ross about her new book, and an interactive storytelling round-robin about our experiences of empathy in action (or not!).

SCHEDULE:
3-4 PM: Connecting in person with light snacks and beverages hosted by the Extreme Networks WIN Alliance.
4-4:30 PM: Welcome remarks from Extreme Networks SVP Cristina Tate, Chair of the WIN Alliance, followed by an interview with author Maria Ross, led by Optionality Co-founder Elisa Camahort Page, outlining Maria’s 5 Pillars of Effective Empathetic Leadership.
4:30-5 PM: Interactive session including storytelling about empathy in action and audience Q&A.
