Today we’re kicking off the 2024 Optionality member events* calendar by opening up registration for our inaugural Optionality member webinar.
As advertised above, we’re focusing on the ins, outs, ups, and downs of fractional work…for the fractional worker and for those hiring fractional workers (or considering it).
We’ve got folks with both expertise and lived experience on hand, and we have roughly spec’ed out the following issues to cover:
The fractional concept as a larger workplace trend, i.e. how’s the overall workplace landscape looking, including for fractional work?
The logistical, financial, and emotional ramifications of the fractional lifestyle…and how to prepare for it all.
Hiring manager concerns and considerations, both about leading their team, and socializing the concept within a company.
To help make the webinar absolutely on point, we’d love to hear your questions, concerns, hopes, and other ideas about fractional work. Are you already doing this?
