May webinar: Managing the Anxiety of an Optionality-Driven Life
Members, please join us on Wednesday May 22 at 12PM PT/3PM ET
It's easy to list the benefits of prioritizing and achieving optionality...you're crafting a life that works for your life. That's about work-life balance sure, but it's also about diversification, future-proofing your income streams, being paid your true value. We can name a lot of benefits because, obviously, here at upper-case 'O' Optionality, we believe in the value of small-case 'o' optionality.
But when you're on the way to building your idea optionality-driven life, there's also a lot of uncertainty. Uncertainty that can trigger fears. And even if you've achieved that optionality-driven life you always wanted, it can trigger you in entirely different ways. Setting boundaries around the different components of your life may feel stressful. You may not know when you're at the "enough" stage. And countless other ways that getting what you wanted doesn't magically make everything easy-breezy and anxiety-free. This webinar will engage with two experts working at the intersection of mental health and work to give you practical advice and useful tactics for managing your anxiety, no matter what stage of the journey you're on.
