Is your relationship with work evolving?
Is your definition of success changing?
Maybe there are external forces at play … a lay-off or increased caregiving responsibilities. Maybe it’s an internal voice asking where your passion went or if your why has shifted. . If you’re in leadership, maybe you are struggling with the cultural shifts in the workplace, and your desire to embrace change knocks head with your desire for the way things were.
Welcome to the Now of Work … and to Optionality
Optionality is a community of practice for experienced and talented professionals who believe the world of work needs to be reimagined in general, and who want to re-define work and the workplace for themselves specifically, in community with others. We are here to support, inform, validate, and de-risk your exploration into new fields, old passions, and different ways of working.
We curate resources, connections, wisdom sharing, and a sounding board, within a community where we tap into collective expertise and support. Together we can revive culture, restore trust, and codify best practices for today’s hybrid, multi-generational workplaces.
Our members are exploring a multitude of pathways, including:
Shifting when, where, how, and how much we work, as we adapt to new circumstances, priorities, and life stages.
Integrating purpose, meaning, and well-being into our current work.
Putting a stake in the ground on best practices and policies for hybrid, fractional, and part-time work.
Exploring new industries, academia, the arts, public service, and entrepreneurism.
A marketplace of experts to help you build skills, make wiser decisions, and de-risk and accelerate the transitions you’re facing

Is Optionality for you?
Yes, if you:
Believe that the foundations of work are changing. You are seeking a new set of best practices and new language to normalize optionality.
Have significant experience: You are seasoned. You’ve fulfilled multiple roles, maybe multiple careers. You have a skillset and a network and experiences to draw on and that others can learn from.
Adopt a sharing mindset: Do you see the benefit of giving to get? Do you have best practices to share? If you believe that being part of a community means doing your part so that all boats rise, then you get how we like to operate.
We invite you to join us to build a future that delivers optimal optionality.
