Love ALL of this Jory - after 2 MM miles on UAL and about the same on Delta - 1 K status for 20 years - I too, now stand in zone 2 - and wasn't so lucky with the carry on as the ticketing agent insisted it be checked - (a new Rimowa which is now being repaired thanks to the gorillas in baggage handling) And the outfits? How do you recycle and make a pantsuit from SXSW a decade ago look trendy? None of it matters.....when we stay clear on our pure intention to do great work and make the world a better place...which you have done since I have known you from those early days at BlogHer. You are the epitome of a down to earth, talented and creative success story......I am so grateful to know you and continue to learn from you! BTW - I'm a size 61/2 shoe - what are you? We can swap! xo

Oh Nancy--coming from one of the kindest Boss Babes I know this means a lot. Don't think I'll ever forget the year after I left BlogHer and you kindly let me share your hotel room and gave me a pair of nude undies so I wouldn't have to walk around Austin in my white jeans with VPL. How is it you are so tall and yet have such small feel? I'm a size 8.

Embrace that anti-bitch. As for the airline miles, I am totally in favor of embracing the "The govt isn't going to save the planet, so might as well do my bit" because even carbon credits don't actually save the planet.

What an awesome essay. Have you thought about writing a book as your next option? Fiction or non-fiction, I'd read it!

All the time. Just have to think of what I'd write about.
