As we looked to close out May and its theme of Passion and Purpose and Priorities (especially when there’s Pressure to Profit) I knew I wanted to bring

’s energy and wisdom and practicality to the Optionality community.

I’ve been following her work, including as part of her premium newsletter community, for a while now. I find her way of breaking down goals into digestible, actionable exercises to be the best at getting me to actually stop procrastinating and start the kind of inner work that helps me make decisions and operate more strategically in the world.

This month’s DEEP DIVE features an in-depth interview and exploration with Claire about passion, purpose, priorities, and profit.

She provides some specific action steps to take, but she also talked about taking the pressure off. Not everything has to be top priority. Not every passion needs to be monetized. Not every decisions has to have a known positive outcome.

Her advice is as much about how to get unstuck and avoid analysis paralysis, as it is about figuring out your highest path ahead.

And get ready: She asks you to think about your childhood, what you cared about before you knew it mattered, and what you might still be acting on base don decades-old messages received. (I found this to be a poignant reminder of what

and discussed yesterday in our webinar about the messages they received as children from their parents.)

Start with the newsletter, join one of her Paid Pods for job seekers, and also check out her The LLC of Me program, her YouTube show for job seekers, and of course individual coaching.

Thank you, Claire, for sharing so much with us so generously!
