just unboxed his new book, being released next month, Measuring Inclusion. So we thought the stars aligned for us to discuss it together, especially since he wanted to push back on a couple of assumptions in the newsletter. We’ve always thought nothing is more boring than a conversation where everyone just nods their head, on the exact same page. On the other hand, there’s lots of value unearthed when you’re in violent agreement about so much, but getting there by different pathways.
